The Prince of Punk Rock! Exclusive Excerpt From Our Guest Romance Author, Jenna Galicki! (Mature Content For 18+ Audiences)

The Prince of Punk rock (Radical Rock Stars Book One)

Blurb & synopsis:

I love her, but I also love him.
She’s everything to me.
He sets my world on fire.
It's our dirty little secret, and it’s about to blow our record deal sky high.
I’m Tommy Blade, the Prince of Punk Rock, and this is our story.

Tommy Blade is a man with a secret. It’s a secret he only shares with one person, Jessi Blade – and the men he surrenders to in the bedroom. Jessi’s only condition to their tumultuous sex life is that the men are one night stands. But when Angel Garcia enters their life, it’s like a match to gasoline.

Mega-talented punk rock singer Angel Garcia, with his smoldering ebony eyes, tight leather pants and unstoppable stage presence, is a man who is used to getting what he wants. He has his eyes set on Tommy Blade as his new lead guitarist, and as his life partner.

Jessi Blade, sympathetic to her husband's bisexual needs, loves him enough to share him, but she never counted on Angel Garcia to test the threshold of her marriage. He makes her life hell . . . and heaven. He’s her damnation and her salvation. She wants to hate him. She wants to despise him. But his charm and raw sex appeal are impossible to resist. Without warning, she finds herself falling in love with her husband's gay lover.

At the height of it all, their punk rock band catapults to stardom.

Their lives are marred by secrecy, deception and sacrifice. Feelings of betrayal, backlash from the sensationalistic media and threats of blackmail send them down a hard road filled with tough decisions.
They aren't your ordinary rock stars. They're radical rock stars. And they have a big story to tell.

Excerpt- The Prince of Punk Rock (Radical Rock Stars Book One) (MATURE CONTENT FOR 18+)

Jessi let the warm water from the shower spray onto her face.  She was happy.  Tommy was happy.  Angel was happy.  Their much needed talk at the breakfast table set some ground rules.  Angel was open to communication and encouraged it.  It gave her comfort.

After she showered, she meandered back to the bedroom, as she towel dried her hair.  Tommy and Angel were already naked and in each other’s arms on top of the unmade bed.

“What took you so long?” Tommy asked, before returning his lips to Angel’s neck.

Jessi didn’t answer.  She wanted to watch.  She leaned against the doorway and folded her arms.  She watched Tommy kiss Angel with an urgency that she never saw before, and the love that Angel had for Tommy was never clearer to the naked eye than it was right now.  She knew they were in love.  It didn’t scare her as much as she thought it would. The confidence she had in their marriage overshadowed her fears and doubts.

Her thoughts were pushed aside by the sound of Tommy moaning and breathing heavily.  Angel was stroking Tommy and sucking on his nipples.  Jessi let the towel around her body drop to the floor and crawled into bed, on the other side of Tommy.  She glided her hand up his back and kissed his shoulder.  He immediately turned onto his back, so that he could share himself equally between her and Angel, and he kissed her.  Her mouth moved to his chest, and she could feel his heart gently beating underneath her lips. She kissed her way down his torso and her tongue crawled across his skin.  It accidentally collided with Angel’s mouth.  They both looked up in surprise and shared a smile.

She wasn’t sure what Angel was thinking, but she wanted to kiss him.  Fear of rejection made her hesitate, but it was unwarranted.  Angel grabbed her by the back of the neck and firmly planted his mouth on hers.  His tongue invaded her mouth and bathed its circumference.  She was spellbound by the intensity of his kiss.  She couldn’t think about anything else except Angel’s warm, authoritative tongue inside her mouth, and she immediately felt warmth and wetness between her legs.  Now she understood why Tommy had that dreamy look on his face whenever Angel kissed him.

Angel withdrew his tongue, but she wanted more and placed a long kiss on his lips, hoping for another visit from his magical tongue.  But he just smiled at her, and then moved his mouth back down to Tommy’s belly.

Tommy pulled her up and kissed her.  It was like night and day.  Angel’s kiss was forceful and commanding.  Tommy’s was slow and soft.  She loved the tenderness in which he slowly moved his tongue in gentle, purposeful circles around her mouth, but she found herself still reminiscing over the kiss she just shared with Angel.

Reviews for The Prince of Punk Rock:

★★★★This book is plays out just like in the synopsis. The Prince of Punk is one smoking hot rock and roll fantasy where the boy gets everything he ever wanted - a hot wife, a hot boyfriend and a hot band playing sold out venues. It’s not as easy living the life…especially when you share your bed with your wife and your gay lover. Emotions run high as the trio attempts to balance their lives in the bedroom, their families’ scrutiny and navigating the paparazzi.
The Prince of Punk was my guilty pleasure book of the week.

★★★★★ I was hooked by the promos for this book and impatiently waited for its release. It did not disappoint! I loved the story line and all three of the main characters. I felt a connection with them right away and I felt the emotions they shared, both with one another and because of the situations they were faced with. The characters were well developed, complex and realistic. There is a lot of heat and passion between them. The scenes where the band was performing on stage made me feel like I was at a live concert. I felt the energy of the crowd, first hand, and enjoyed the playfulness between Tommy and Angel on stage. The writer drew me into each scene. The supporting characters were interesting, fun and diverse, and definitely left you wanting to know more about them. As if that wasn't enough, this book is loaded with hot, steamy M/M/F action that will leave you fanning yourself for days. The Prince of Punk Rock was awesome and I can't wait to read more by this author! Well done!!

An Interview With Author, Charity Parkerson **18+ EXCERPT for MATURE AUDIENCES ONLY**

Meet Award-Winning Author, Charity Parkerson!

Where are you from?
A tiny town south of Nashville.

What inspired you to write your first book?
I had a reoccurring dream that wouldn’t leave me alone until I wrote it down. Once it was on paper, the story grew into an entire world of black-ops and paranormal.

Do you write full-time or part-time? How do you balance your writing life with your family/work life?
I’m blessed to be able to write full-time, and I have a supportive husband I couldn’t function without. If I have a deadline or a story I have to get out of my head, he takes on everything for me.

How did you come up with the title?
I wanted something that would describe the entire book. Even though I’m sure readers won’t see it until it’s over, but truly, the characters are Intact.

Is there a message in your novel that you want readers to grasp?

This book has a strong message—one I hope makes people think. It does have a heavy romance theme, but it also deals a lot in prejudice. Honestly, I didn’t mean for it to become such a deep topic. The longer I wrote the more I realized it was headed places I didn’t expect. It caused me to question which side I would choose. I hope readers walk away with the same impression.

Are experiences based on someone you know, or events in your own life?

I’m not sure anyone can write a book and not put a bit of themselves into the characters. Otherwise, no.

What books have most influenced your life most?

I’ve read thousands upon thousands of books so it’s hard to narrow it down. The books that stand out for me are “The Duchess” by Jude Deveraux and “Dark Lover” by J.R. Ward. The Duchess was the first romance book I ever read. It started me down the path of my love for all things romance. Dark Lover is what hooked me on paranormal.

What book are you reading now?

I’m terrible about having more than one thing going at a time. Right now they are, “The King” by J.R. Ward and “A Sinner Born” by Avril Ashton.

Are there any new authors that have grasped your interest?

I love Kylie Scott

What are your current projects?

Book 6 in my “No Rival” series is under way and I have a new horror erotic started that I’m really excited about. I’m about to unleash some sexy punkage on the world. :-D

Can you share a little of your current work with us?

To keep my editor from stroking out, I’ll share a bit of my latest release. If I show you something unedited, I might finally be the death her. She’s already the most put-upon editor around. :-D Here we go:

***WARNING: 18+ excerpt****
The moment he spotted Rhys, Asher straightened away from the vehicle. “I wasn’t ignoring you.” His eyes weren’t cool any longer. Rhys struck without thought, crowding him against the door of his truck. He didn’t give a shit who was watching as he flattened his palms against the sun-warmed steel on either side of Asher.
“I know you’re not.”
The wave of raw lust rolling off Asher’s body punched him in the gut. “I didn’t wish to embarrass you by openly acknowledging you. Now, I see you’re not bothered.”
“Really?” Rhys could hear the sarcastic note in his voice, but his temper wouldn’t allow him to stop. He ran his gaze over Asher’s expensive clothing. “I got the impression you were merely slumming it with me. Perhaps you’re the one who is embarrassed.”
Asher’s entire demeanor changed in an instant at the accusation. “Ah. I see.” He stepped out his hold, leaving Rhys no choice except to let him go, or physically restrain him. Rhys watched him walking away. The confidence in Asher’s stride held Rhys’ attention much longer than it should.
Before Asher could get too far away to fix things, Rhys spoke up, stopping him. “I’m sorry.”
In a flash, Asher managed to reverse their roles. The solid door came against Rhys’ back as the pissed off man went nose to nose with him. “Do you know what your problem is?” Without waiting for an answer, Asher added. “You’re obviously used to dealing with people who are weak, and I am anything but. I happen to know my worth. If you ever figure out yours then you know where to find me.”
Pushing away from the truck, he left Rhys alone and speechless. Not to mention, his dick was now hard as a rock. Holy hell. The smell of Asher’s cologne hung in the air. The accent, damn, he’d forgotten what the sound of it did to him. With a curse, he pushed away from the truck. There wasn’t any sense in staying here any longer. The moment the door closed behind him, he froze. How had Asher known which vehicle belonged to him? It was one question he might not ever get an answer to, since it seemed he’d fucked everything up.

Is there anything you find particularly challenging in your writing?

There aren’t enough hours in the day. Sometimes my brain doesn’t like to quit spitting ideas, but I’m a slow typer.

Who is your favorite author and what is it that really strikes you about their work?

I’m not sure I could choose. That’s almost like asking me to pick which of my children is my favorite, LOL! I have several I love in certain genres. If I’m going for a historical romance, I grab Julia Quinn first.

Who designed the covers?

I designed the cover for Intact. Feeding my artist addiction is hard work. All of my Ellora’s Cave titles are designed by the publishing company. Tasting Temptation was designed by Aeternum Designs. They’re awesome.

What was the hardest part of writing your book?

I was so scared people would be confused. When it went to editing, I just knew they were going to tell me that I needed to start over because they had no idea what was going on. With Science Fiction, you have that extra control where it’s your world and if you say it goes then it goes. On the other hand, you don’t want to go so far out into left field people are shaking their heads and rolling their eyes.

Did you learn anything from writing your book and what was it?

For me, that’s one of the best parts of writing. When something snags my attention, I’m hooked and want to learn everything I can about it. Unfortunately, with this book I’m sure my research on Bio bombs, nanotechnology and hot cyborg pics landed me on some sort of anti-terror pervvy list.

Do you have any advice for other writers?

Keep writing. Write every day and stay true to yourself. Get to know other writers. Let them guide you and learn from their mistakes.

Do you have anything specific that you want to say to your readers?
Thank you. I can’t say it enough times. Creating worlds where people can escape means everything to me. In my life, reading has saved my sanity so many times. To be able to do that for other people, it’s such a blessing. Without readers, I couldn’t keep doing this and my characters would never have someone else love them as much I do.

Do you have an agent or publisher? How did you go about finding one?
I do have a publisher. Currently, I work for Ellora’s Cave Publishing. They actually found me. An acquisitions editor from their company reached out to me on Twitter. I’ve also worked for other publishers. Before Ellora’s, I went about it through submissions and waiting for responses. I love my publisher, but I also love publishing independently. While a lot of people fall to one side or the other, I don’t think there is a right way or wrong way to publish as long as you’re doing so professionally by hiring an editor, etc.

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?

My family is here in Tennessee so I’d hate to leave them, but I have a few wonderful friends who live in Australia. I miss them dearly and would love to live there. We talk every night online, but it’s not the same as getting to hug them.

Exclusive Excerpt

Koa heard a faint whistling sound. Her ears perked up to better hear. She narrowed her eyes as she saw a light approaching them. Halston stopped on the craggy path and held a hand out for Koa to do the same. “Wait.”
A swoosh of air made Koa’s hair blow furiously past her face. Whatever flew past them cast a dim light onto their surroundings. Koa drew her Lyrinian sword.
Halston stood his guard and they watched as a woman landed before them. She had blood red hair, shaved on one side revealing a set of cryptic tattoos. The other side was long and wavy, reaching her elbow.
Koa stared at the woman and positioned her feet in a battle stance. Her Lyrinian sword was held ready. The power started to pulse within her veins. The feeling was intoxicating.
The woman smiled. It wasn’t a friendly smile. Her eyes were large and a dark blue. Koa held her breath when the woman drew her own sword, massive and curved like a hook. The mists curled around it as she held it towards Koa’s face.
“Don’t draw that sword little girl. Unless… you plan on using it.” Her lips curled into a grin that made Koa uneasy. The woman reached out towards Koa with her other hand.
Koa swung her sword up with lightning speed. It rested at the tip of the woman’s throat.
“Oh, don’t worry. I intend on using it.”
The woman’s smile widened, revealing perfect white teeth. She withdrew her hand. "Fiesty. We might get along." Her eyes turned down to look at Koa’s blade. She didn’t move as Koa had expected. Instead, she held her position before Koa’s sword, and turned her gaze up to Halston’s.
“What took you so long?”
Koa’s eyes went from Halston to the woman. Her heart raced. She stared at the tip of her own sharp blade. Halston didn’t draw his infinity gun as she had expected. He stood completely still, and let his shield fade.
Koa felt her fury intensify. Why wasn’t he protecting her? He just stood there.
Before Koa could react, the red-haired woman grabbed Koa’s blade with her hands and yanked it from her. She held both swords and ignored Koa’s frustrated gasp. She was quick… quicker than Koa.
Koa frowned. No, the bitch just caught me off guard, she reassured herself.
“Stop playing around Evina,” Halston said as he glanced at Koa’s angry face.
Evina stepped closer to Halston with a lascivious grin. “Oh, golden boy,” she purred, pressing her large bosom into his chest. She played with a lock of his hair and he pulled his face away. “Who said that I was playing?”
Koa was furious. The woman had disarmed her as if she were a child with a plastic toy sword. Her cheeks reddened. She wanted to smack that smug look off Evina’s face.
Koa noticed that Evina wore very little clothing. Her black and red corset pushed her bosom nearly up to her chin, and her tiny waist was wrapped with a belt loaded with weapons. She wore leather gaiters that reached to her thigh and a thin cloth that draped her front and back. She looked like something out of one of those fantasy books Koa had read as a child.
Koa didn’t like how Evina was leering at Halston. Her brows furrowed and she balled up her fists. Koa’s nails cut into her palms. She felt her ears grow hot.
“I didn’t think you’d actually bring her back.” Evina looked Koa up and down. She tilted her head with a curious look. “She still looks like a child.”
Halston cleared his throat. He seemed uncomfortable. “Koa, meet Evina… princess of the Central Dominace of the Netherworld. Prince Jax’s sister.”
“Better known as Lyrinia,” Evina said with a smile. She watched Koa expectantly.
Koa didn’t return the smile, but she couldn’t help catching the connection between Lyrinia and her Lyrinian sword.
Koa’s perplexed look made Evina laugh. It was a seductive laugh that made Koa cringe. Evina tossed Koa’s sword onto the rocky path as if it were rubbish. She stroked Halston’s cheek, giving him a lingering look. She stepped out on the path.
"A lot has changed since you left, Halston. I have changed. Jax has changed. But one thing remains the same. Father.” Evina’s eyes darkened when she mentioned King Greggan.
Halston nodded. “I knew Jax would be punished for what he did. We all did.”
